We are responsible for personal information collected through this website's demo, access, enterprise, career and other contact forms. This notice covers those interactions and website delivery. Customer workspace processing is subject to the terms supplied for the relevant hosted service.
Information the website receives
Forms collect the contact details you enter, such as your name, work email, organization, role, team size, use case and message, depending on the form. Career inquiries may include the role and application information you provide. We also record the form's source page, a submission reference and receipt time. Infrastructure processes request information such as IP address, browser details and error events. The contact service uses a hashed network identifier and a submission fingerprint to reduce abuse and duplicate submissions. Do not send passwords, card details, customer ticket contents or sensitive personal information through these forms.
How we use the information
We use submissions to respond to your inquiry, discuss a demonstration or implementation, coordinate access, review a career inquiry and keep a record of the conversation. Request information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention. A successful form confirmation means the inquiry was saved. It does not create an account, accept a commercial order or guarantee a response time.
Storage and recipients
The contact service stores submissions in a Supabase-hosted database. The website loads Inter and Inter Tight from Google Fonts; your browser sends Google the network information needed to request those font files. Authorized people handling the inquiry and the providers operating our hosting and contact infrastructure may process them for those purposes. Visitors cannot browse other people's submissions through the website. We do not sell contact-form information or use it for advertising profiles. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to address abuse or to protect legal rights. Third-party sites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.
Cookies and browser storage
The public website's application code does not configure advertising cookies or an analytics tracker. Its navigation, search and interactive demonstrations use temporary page state. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information necessary to deliver the website. Browsing a product demonstration does not connect a third-party service or load your organization's support records. Any hosted customer workspace can require authentication storage described for that service.
Retention and international processing
We keep inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business conversation and meet applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. The period depends on the request and whether a customer relationship follows. Hosting and database providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where transfer safeguards are legally required, they must apply to the relevant processing. Ask us about hosting locations and contractual terms before sharing regulated product data.
Your choices and privacy rights
Where applicable, processing relies on steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interests in responding and operating a secure website, consent where required, or legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent for future processing. The contact service validates submissions and restricts public access to stored records. No online system guarantees absolute security. Protocol's public website is for business evaluation and is not directed to children. If a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
