By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you act for an organization, you must have authority for that use. Browsing or submitting a form does not create a hosted-service subscription or enterprise agreement.
Product information and demonstrations
Protocol describes customer-service workflows involving conversations, tickets, knowledge, AI assistance, automation and reporting. Public interface demonstrations use illustrative records. They do not process your support tickets, connect your accounts or prove a measured customer outcome. Feature availability, integrations, pricing and service commitments must be confirmed for your proposed deployment before purchase or reliance.
Hosted services and payment terms
The public website does not collect payment or provision a paid workspace. Hosted access, fees, billing frequency, cancellation, refunds, support commitments and data-processing responsibilities are governed by the order or service agreement presented before contracting. A public demonstration or inquiry confirmation is not acceptance of an order. Mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by contract remain in place.
Acceptable use and submissions

AI answers, suggested replies, classifications and reporting examples can be incomplete or incorrect. Evaluate sources, permissions and customer-service policy before relying on output or enabling an automated action in a contracted service. Demonstration actions affect only the public example interface. Your organization remains responsible for its customer communications and operational decisions.
Content and third-party services
Premier Global Management, LLC or its licensors retain rights in Protocol's branding and original website materials. You may use the public site to evaluate the product, subject to applicable law. These terms do not grant permission to imply endorsement or redistribute protected materials without authorization. Third-party product names identify their respective providers and do not imply a partnership. External services have separate terms, privacy practices and availability.
Personal information
The Privacy Notice explains how website inquiries and technical information are handled. Customer-workspace records and integrations require the permissions and processing arrangements agreed for the relevant service. Do not submit another person's personal information without an appropriate basis and authorization.
Availability and responsibility
